The Arts Shuttle offers connections to local art and culture
The Capital Area Transportation Authority will provide shuttle service to the East Lansing Art Festival and the MSU Arts & Crafts Show on Saturday, May 16, from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, May 17, from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Visitors may park for free at Michigan State University’s Commuter Lot 89 on Mt. Hope Road at Farm Lane and ride The Arts Shuttle to both events. Buses will run every 10 to 15 minutes between Lot 89 and stops along Grand River Avenue.
Round-trip fare is 50 cents, exact change required, cash only. Children under 42 inches tall ride for free with an adult. Boarding passes are provided following payment and may be used for a return trip on the shuttle or a transfer to any CATA fixed-route bus. All fixed-route buses are equipped with bike racks and wheelchair ramps or lifts.
CATA is a proud sponsor of these events in partnership with the East Lansing Art Festival and MSU’s University Activities Board.
