Westbound (Outbound)
- The boarding site is at the Capital Area Multimodal Gateway on Harrison Road in East Lansing.
- The bus departs the Multimodal Gateway, travels east to Harrison, turns right.
- Travels south on Harrison
- Turns right at first (north) Crescent entrance into the Spartan Village complex,
- Travels west around Crescent to Middlevale, turns right
- Follows long curve around, continuing around to the left
- Travels south on Middlevale and curves to the left
- Travels east on MIddlevale and on to the south Crescent entrance to Harrison, turns right
- Travels south to Forest, turns right.
- Travels to west to Collins and follows the roundabout to southbound Collins.
- Travels south to the McLaren Greater Lansing drive, turns right.
- Travels west following the drive around to Forest, turns left.
- Travels west to Aurelius, turns right.
- Travels north to Mt. Hope, turns left.
- Travels west to Boston, turns left.
- Travels south to Cooper, turns right.
- Travels west to Pleasant Grove, turns right.
- Travels north back to Mt. Hope, turns right.

Eastbound (Inbound)
- The boarding site is on Mt. Hope at Boston in South Lansing.
- The bus departs the Colonial Village.
- Travels east to Aurelius, turns right.
- Travels south to Forest, turns left.
- Travels east to the McLaren Greater Lansing drive, turns right.
- Travels south following the drive around to Collins, turns left.
- Travels north to Forest and follows the roundabout to eastbound Forest.
- Travels east to Harrison, turns left.
- Travels north on Harrison to Spartan Village, turns left at first (south) Crescent entrance
- Travels west on Crescent to Middlevale, turns left
- Travels northwest following Middlevale as it curves around to the left
- Travels around back to Crescent, turns left
- Travels east to Harrison, turns left
- Travels north on Harrison to Service, turns left into the Multimodal Gateway driveway.
- Travels west to the stop at the Multimodal Gateway, turns around.
- Travels east back to Service Road and continues east to Hagadorn, turns right.
