A more accessible digital experience

The homepage of CATA's website

CATA launched a redesigned website in April 2026, marking the Authority’s first major website overhaul in nearly a decade. Funded in part through federal grants, the year long project modernized CATA’s online presence while prioritizing accessibility. The new
website complies with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA, helping ensure riders of all abilities can easily access transit information and services.

New website features:

  • Updated trip-planning tools
  • Improved navigation
  • Mobile-friendly design
  • Streamlined online forms and resources

New CATA Rider Alerts

As part of the website redesign, CATA introduced a new Rider Alerts system with more ways to personalize service updates.

Personalize your alerts:

  • Choose text, email or both.
  • Receive alerts for the routes and bus stops you use.
  • Customize notifications based on the days and times you travel.
  • Update your preferences anytime.

Note: Riders who subscribed on the previous website before April 2026 will need to subscribe again on the new website.

Subscribe or manage your preferences at the Rider Alerts Subscription webpage.
