Beginning at the start of service on Friday, July 31, 2026, several Route 13 bus stops will be closed along Eastbound Saginaw Street due to a City of Lansing construction project. For the duration of the project, estimated to be 8-days, the following bus stops will be closed: • 2348 - EBD Saginaw past N Foster Ave • 2349 - EBD Saginaw past Kipling Blvd • 3691 - EBD Saginaw before Magnolia Ave Route 13 will still travel along its regular routing during the project, yet the stops mentioned above will not be served due to the closure of the southern two lanes of Saginaw Street.
