CATA One is bringing employees together through a shared commitment to connection, belonging and service.
Launched in 2026, the employee-led initiative creates opportunities for employees to connect with one another, and the communities CATA serves.
In its first year, CATA One has partnered with the Greater Lansing Food Bank, supported local families during the holidays and explored ways to assist organizations such as Lifeboat Addiction Services. These efforts strengthen connections among employees while creating a positive impact throughout the region.
Beyond community service, CATA One encourages professional growth, open dialogue and employee well-being, helping foster a workplace where employees feel supported, valued and empowered to contribute.
