Booking your trip is better with CATA Rydz
- Download the app, available in the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Book your ride on your smartphone by indicating your pickup and drop-off addresses
- Indicate the number of passengers riding with you
- Get picked up at the designated location within one of the established Rydz zones
- Connect with and transfer to the nearest participating transit service provider, or continue to your destination within that zone
Upon booking your trip, you will receive an estimated vehicle-arrival time and the exact location where the driver will pick you up. The arrival time will update as the vehicle makes its way to you. When your driver arrives, board the vehicle, pay your fare or present your transfer slip as payment. There may be other passengers on board, requiring a few additional stops, but your trip is always tracked in real-time so you will know exactly when you will reach your destination.
