We're flexing our No-Show Rule!

We get that plans can change and we have updated our No-Show Rule to help you when the unexpected happens. You can now cancel a ride up to four (4) hours prior to your scheduled trip* on any Redi-Ride or CATA Rural Service starting May 8, 2017.

*Redi-Ride trips scheduled for Monday before 10:30 a.m. must be canceled by 5 p.m. Saturday (by 5 p.m. Friday for CRS rides). Trips scheduled for the day after a holiday before 10:30 a.m. must be canceled by 5 p.m. the day prior to the holiday.
