Special Board Meeting Notice

The Capital Area Transportation Authority will be hosting an in-person special board meeting for the purpose of ratifying the CATA-ATU Local No. 1039 collective bargaining agreement at 4 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 31, at the Lansing Center in the Governor's Room, 333 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing, MI 48933. Public parking is available under the Lansing Center. For free parking, please bring your parking ticket with you to the meeting for a validation sticker.
- Members of the public are encouraged to participate in the meeting. Public comment will be permitted for those who attend in person or for individuals with a qualifying disability who request a reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). CATA will consider requests for reasonable accommodations in writing or through the “Contact the Board” form, available here. To provide time for accommodation, all requests and public comment must be received by 4 p.m. the day of the special board meeting.

Those who choose to access the video-conference app may be prompted to download the app to participate. Members of the public choosing to watch the meeting virtually will be muted for the entirety of the meeting but will be able to view and hear all board conversations.
