CATA announces summer service changes and reductions effective May 6
CATA’s Spartan Service, which provides additional bus service during Michigan State University’s fall and spring semesters, will conclude for the summer, effective May 6 – Aug. 25, 2019.
This service break will suspend MSU campus service on Routes 30, 31, 33-36, 39, Lot Link and Night Owl over the summer. Route 32 service to MSU’s Clinical Center will continue throughout the break at a reduced frequency. Additionally, service on Routes 1, 12, 20, 23, 25 and 26 will be reduced to reflect lower student demand. Route 24 weekday service will switch to a 30-minute frequency.
