Observing a Board Meeting Online

As a reminder, members of the public who are unable to attend the meeting in person or prefer a remote format may observe virtually through online video- or audio-conferencing (public comment will not be available). Please note that the meeting link will be posted by 12 p.m. MONDAY preceding the scheduled Board meeting. Closed captioning is available for all virtual Board meetings and should automatically deploy for viewers.

Those who choose to access the meeting through the video-conferencing app may be prompted to download the app to observe. Members of the public choosing to observe the meeting electronically will be muted for the entirety of the meeting but will be able to view and hear all Board conversations.
