Route 13 Groesbeck Area Map Description.
Grand Avenue closes on March 24, 2008 for CSO construction. This work is expected to continue through the summer. The route detours as follows:
Buses traveling from the CTC:
- Eastbound on Kalamazoo to Pennsylvania.
- Left (north) on Pennsylvania to Saginaw.
- Right (east) on Saginaw and resume regular route.
Buses traveling toward the CTC: no detour
EASTBOUND.
Downtown Lansing to Groesbeck, Eastwood Towne Center and Meijer.
- The bus departs the CTC to eastbound Kalamazoo to Grand Avenue.
- Left (north) on Grand to Saginaw Street.
- Right (east) on Saginaw to Saginaw – Grand River split.
- Bear right on Grand River to Coolidge Avenue.
- Left (north) on Coolidge to Saginaw Street.
- Left (west) on Saginaw / Grand River to Chester Road.
- Right (north) on Chester to Hopkins Avenue.
- Left (west) on Hopkins to Hayford Avenue.
- Right (north) on Hayford to Tulane Drive.
- Left (west) on Tulane to Northampton Way.
- Left (west) on Northampton to Wood Street.
- Right (north) on Wood to Sam’s Way.
- Right (east) on Sam’s Way to first drive behind Sam's Club.
- Left (north) behind Sam's Club to drive between Sam's and Wal-Mart (perimeter drive).
- Right (east) on drive across Centre Blvd. and follow to Preyde Blvd.
- Right (south) on Preyde to Lake Lansing Road.
- Left (east) on Lake Lansing Road to Meijer entrance past Coolidge.
- Left (north) into Meijer to CATA shelter.
WESTBOUND
Meijer, Eastwood Towne Center and Groesbeck to Downtown Lansing.
- Departs westbound from shelter to Coolidge Road.
- Left (south) on Coolidge to Lake Lansing Road.
- Right (west) on Lake Lansing to Preyde Blvd.
- Right (north) on Preyde to second drive on left.
- Left (west) on second drive to Centre Blvd.
- Right (north) on Preyde to second drive.
- Left (west) on second drive to Centre Blvd.
- Right (north) on Centre to 4-way stop north of Wal-Mart gas station.
- Left (west) at 4-way stop to drive behind Sam's Club.
- Left (south) behind Sam's Club to Sam's Way.
- Right (west) on Sam's Way to Wood Street.
- Left (south) on Wood to Northampton Way.
- Left (east) on Northampton to Tulane Drive.
- Right (east) on Tulane to Hayford Avenue.
- Right (south) on Hayford to Hopkins Avenue.
- Left (east) on Hopkins to Chester Road.
- Right (south) on Chester to Grand River Avenue.
- Right (west) on Grand River/Oakland to Capitol Avenue.
- Left (south) on Capitol.
- CAPITOL LOOP TRIPS (before 7:35 a.m. and 5:10 p.m. CTC arrivals).
- West on Ottawa from Capitol to Pine Street.
- Left (south) on Pine to Allegan Street.
- Left (east) on Allegan to Capitol Avenue.
- Right (south) on Capitol and resume regular route.
- South on Capitol to Lenawee Street.
- Left (east) on Lenawee to the CTC.
