Route 8 Pennsylvania – Holt Map Description.

The following Rote 8 detour is effective Saturday July 05 and will continue into September. This route is detoured as follows:

Buses traveling from the CTC:

Eastbound on Kalamazoo to Larch.
Left (north) on Larch to Michigan.
Right (east) on Michigan to Pere Marquette.
Left (north) on Pere Marquette to Shiawassee.
Right (east) on Shiawassee - resume route.

Buses traveling toward the CTC:

West on Shiawassee to Pere Marquette.
Left (south) on Pere Marquette to Michigan.
Right (west) on Michigan to Capitol.
Left (south) on Capitol - resume route.

Capitol Loop Trips

West on Michigan to Washington.
Right (north) on Washington to Ottawa.
Left (west) on Ottawa - resume route.

Effective October 20, 2007.

SOUTHBOUND
Downtown Lansing to Holt

Bus departs the CTC on eastbound Kalamazoo to Grand.
Left (north) on Grand to Shiawassee.
Right (east) on Shiawassee to Pennsylvania.
Right (south) on Pennsylvania to Cedar (bus does not enter Meijer property).
Left (south-east) on Cedar to Aurelius.
Right (south) on Aurelius to Holt Road.
Right (west) on Holt Rd. to Eifert.
Left (south) on Eifert to Windmill Mobile Home Park.
Right (west) into Windmill Park (watch speed carefully).
U-turn (east) by large wood shelter at end of main drive to Eifert.
Left (north) on Eifert to Wilcox.
Right (east) on Wilcox to Aurelius.
Right (south) on Aurelius to Doncaster.
Left (east) on Doncaster to Greyfriars.
Right (south) on Greyfriars to Davlind.
Right (west) on Davlind to Aurelius.

NORTHBOUND
Holt to Downtown Lansing

Right (north) on Aurelius to Holt Road.
Right (east) on Holt Rd. to Cedar.
Left (northwest) on Cedar to Pennsylvania.
Right (north) on Pennsylvania to Meijer.
Left (west) into Meijer parking lot to bus stop.
Exit Meijer lot to Pennsylvania.
Left (north) on Pennsylvania to Shiawassee.
Left (west) on Shiawassee to Capitol.
Left (south) on Capitol to Lenawee.
Left (east) on Lenawee to the CTC.

Capitol Loop trips
(before 7:10, 7:40, 8:10 a.m. CTC arrivals)

Left (south) on Capitol to Ottawa Street.
Right (west) on Ottawa to Pine Street.
Left (south) on Pine to Allegan Street.
Left (east) on Allegan to Capitol.
Right (south) on Capitol and resume the regular route.
