Our Board of Directors

The CATA Board of Directors establishes policy and sets the direction for CATA operations. The Board consists of representatives from member jurisdictions that provide funding for CATA operations — including the Cities of Lansing and East Lansing, Townships of Delhi, Lansing and Meridian, and voting representatives from Ingham County and Michigan State University

Observing a Board Meeting Online

For those unable to attend in person or who prefer a remote option, members of the public can observe the meeting virtually via video or audio conferencing.

Closed captioning is available for all virtual meetings.The meeting link will be posted by 12 p.m. on the Monday before the meeting.

Providing Public Comment

  • In-person attendance required for public comment.
  • Requests for reasonable accommodation for writing comments due by 4 p.m. on meeting day.
  • If the board approves your request for reasonable accommodation, your public comment will be read during the public comment portion of the meeting.
  • Submit your request for reasonable accommodation in writing through the Reasonable Accommodation form.

Transportation to Meetings

  • Meeting Schedule: CATA Board meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month at 4 p.m.
  • Location: Lansing Center Governor's Room, 333 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing, MI 48933.
  • Transportation: Route 1 offers direct and frequent service to the Lansing Center.
