Your Feedback Drives Change
We want to hear from you. The Listening Bus program gives riders a convenient way to share feedback about their experience with CATA’s fixed-route service — while they ride. CATA representatives board the bus to talk with customers and document their input directly.
Every comment directly influences route planning, service improvements and adjustments to better meet riders’ needs.
Can’t Make a Session?
No problem. You can submit feedback any time using the online form below, or call a Customer Experience Representative at 517-394-1100, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
This includes customers using any of CATA’s paratransit services who would like to share input about their trips.

Listening Bus sessions may occasionally be rescheduled. Any changes will be announced with at least 24 hours’ notice
