CATA Schedule Racks can be found in the following locations:

  • Classroom Building (on Capitol) – third floor
  • Cooley Center (on Capitol) – main desk
  • Library (on Washington) – main desk

CATA's Customer Service Representatives will assist you with your questions, weekdays from 7AM to 7PM and weekends 9AM to 5PM. Call 394-1000 or visit the Information Center at the CATA Transportation Center (CTC).  You can also ask for a Personal Trip Planning Kit when you call or e-mail your questions (be sure to include your phone number). Your trip plan includes customized information on CATA's service to your neighborhood.

Call 367-7277 for the Rider Alert Phone Line to get updates on route detours and service changes. The Rider Alert Phone Line is accessible 24/7/365.

Bus schedules also available in large print and on audio cassette tape by calling CATA's Customer Service Representatives at 394-1000.

Bikes on Buses

Thousands of residents use bicycles to travel in the Greater Lansing area. CATA has installed bike racks on our fixed-route buses to make intermodal commuting easier. Information on CATA's bike racks and lockers.
