NO CATA BUS SERVICE ON JULY 4TH
Lansing, MI -- In observance of Independence Day, the Capital Area
Transportation Authority (CATA) will not operate service on Saturday,
July 4, 2009. This includes all CATA services-- fixed-route bus
service, Spec-Tran, Redi-Ride, Connector and Rural Services. Customers
may call the Spec-Tran office at 394-2282 (CATA) between 8AM and 5PM on
July 4th to make scheduling arrangements for rides occurring after the
holiday. Regular operations of all CATA services will resume on
Sunday, July 5, 2009. The CATA Transportation Center in downtown
Lansing will remain open on Independence Day for Greyhound and Indian
Trails service.
