Lansing, MI -- In observance of Labor Day, the Capital Area Transportation Authority (CATA) will not operate fixed-route bus service, Spec-Tran service, Redi-Rides or CATA Rural Service on Monday, September 6, 2010. CATA’s administrative offices will also be closed on that day; however, Spec-Tran Customer Service representatives will take telephone reservations for rides from 8AM to 5PM. Regular operation of all services will resume on Tuesday, September 7th . 

Several MSU campus service changes will be in effect on Sunday, September 5th due to the Labor Day holiday:

Routes 32, 34, 35 & 36
Service will end earlier on Sunday night. The last trip on each of the four routes will have buses departing the MSU-CTC (Ramp 1) between 10:39PM and 10:53PM. Service on these routes will end when buses return to the MSU-CTC (Ramp 1).

Service will end earlier Sunday night, at 11:30PM, and resume on Monday, September 6th at 3:00PM and continue until 2AM Tuesday morning.
